1. Acceptance of these terms
By submitting an enquiry, creating an account, or accessing any part of the Pixel LMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Where a student is a minor, these terms are accepted by the enrolling parent or guardian on the student's behalf, and that parent or guardian is responsible for the student's compliance with them.
2. Eligibility & account registration
Staff accounts (branch admin, counsellor, teacher) are created by an administrator; student accounts are created during the admissions process. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and admission, and to notify us promptly if any of your details change or if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3. Enrolment, batches & course access
You enrol into a batch — a scheduled cohort with a defined price, seat capacity, and schedule — not into an individual course directly. A batch may bundle several courses under a single admission and fee.
Confirming an admission reserves one seat in that batch and, once your fee plan is set up, grants access to every course actively mapped to that batch for the duration of your enrolment. Access to a specific course may be gated to a start date and end date at our discretion (for drip-fed content), and remains conditional on your admission staying in confirmed status.
We may add, update, reorder, or retire lessons and curriculum content within a course during the course of your enrolment to keep it current; the overall scope and quality of instruction for the batch you paid for will not be materially reduced without notice.
4. Fees, payments & refunds
Fees are set per batch and are payable per the plan agreed at admission (full payment, split payment, or monthly instalments). Prices shown on the public site are indicative and are confirmed at the time your admission is created.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card or bank details. A seat is confirmed only once payment for the applicable instalment is received or otherwise arranged with our counselling team.
Refunds, if any, are governed by the refund policy communicated to you at the time of admission (for example, in your admission or fee-plan documentation). Fees already paid for instalments due are non-refundable except as set out in that policy or as required by law.
Missed instalments may result in restricted access to course content, attendance, or certificates until dues are cleared, at our discretion and with prior notice.
5. Intellectual property
All course content — videos, live sessions, documents, question banks, tests, and any other material made available through the platform — is owned by Pixel LMS or its faculty/licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only.
You may not download (except where an explicit download option is provided), reproduce, redistribute, publicly share, sell, or create derivative works from course content without our prior written permission. Doing so may result in suspension of your account in addition to any other legal remedies available to us.
6. Acceptable use
When using the platform, you agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with anyone else or allow another person to attend classes or take tests using your account.
- Attempt to access another student's or staff member's data, records, or account.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or bulk-download platform content.
- Upload or submit content (in assignments, doubts, or messages) that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringes another person's rights.
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the platform's normal operation or security.
We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these rules, in addition to any academic consequences under our institution's code of conduct.
7. Assignments, tests & certificates
Assignments and tests are graded by faculty or scored automatically as configured for each assessment; timed tests are autosaved but must be submitted within the allotted window, after which they are scored as submitted.
Certificates are issued against one confirmed enrolment and name the specific batch and course completed. A certificate may be revoked if it was issued in error or if the underlying admission is later found to be invalid or fraudulent.
8. Communications
By enrolling or submitting an enquiry, you consent to receive service communications (class schedules, results, fee reminders, admission updates) by email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app notification. Promotional messages can be opted out of at any time without affecting service communications related to your active enrolment.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." While we take reasonable steps to keep it available and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for outcomes such as exam results, which depend on factors beyond our control including individual effort and external examination bodies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel LMS's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid for the batch giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination & suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if fee dues remain outstanding after notice. You may request cancellation of your enrolment at any time; any resulting refund, if applicable, will follow the refund policy referenced in Section 4.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where our institution is registered.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes affecting active students, notify you through the platform or by email before they take effect.
